Scholarship will be granted to up to three individual students undertaking or about to undertake, postgraduate courses in the UK at Masters or Doctoral level and who need additional funding to contribute towards the cost of their studies, our maximum grant for 2012-2013 academic year is £4,500.00 (£1,500.00 per student).
Research Area
The research must include the following :
To quantify facts about Turkish children in full time education.
To identify the cause of the low educational attainment among Turkish students
To generate recommendations as to ways to improve access to higher education for Turkish students and make informed choices.
Eligibility:
We are looking for candidates with the capability of designing, implementing and submitting an academically sound research. The successful candidates are expected to have completed, or be in the process of completing a relevant undergraduate degree. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate strong academic research capabilities and be fluent in spoken and written English with an ability to communicate in Turkish.
